李青，教授、博士生导师，广东国际战略研究院秘书长，广东外语外贸大学黄埔研究院执行院长，中美富布莱特学者，国家社科重大项目首席专家，云山杰出学者，教育部省部共建协同创新中心、教育部战略研究基地和外交部政策研究重点合作单位负责人，中国新兴经济体研究会副会长，中联部当代世界研究中心特约研究员，中联部“一带一路”智库合作联盟理事会理事，广东省工商管理学科评议组委员。研究领域：国际战略、全球经济治理、全球价值链等领域，主持完成国家和省部级项目50余项，发表论文60余篇，出版专著与教材10余部。

Professor Li Qing is Ph.D supervisor. She is Secretary General of Guangdong Institute for International Strategies (GIIS) and Executive Director of Huangpu Institute of GDUFS. She is Fulbright Scholar, Yunshan Outstanding Scholar and Chief Expert of National Social Science Major Project.

She has served as director of the provincial and ministerial collaborative innovation center of Education Ministry Strategic, Research Base of Education Ministry and key units for cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is the Executive Director of China Society for Emerging Economies Studies, the Distinguished Researcher of China Center for Contemporary World Studies, the Council Member of the “Belt and Road” Think Tank Alliance, and the Member of Committee of Business and Management of Guangdong Province.

She focuses on fields like international strategy, global economic governance and global value chain. She has hosted more than 50 national and provincial projects and published more than 60 papers and over 10 monographs and textbooks.
