Chen Guohai, Professor, PhD of the University of Hong Kong. He is now the Director of the Department of Human Resource Management of School of Business of GDUFS, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Guangdong Academy of Human Resources, member of the Society for Human Resource Management and International Society for Humor Studies, visiting professor of Guangdong University of Finance, verification expert of major administrative decisions made by Guangzhou municipal government and expert of think tank of women and children of Guangzhou, and the host of theOrganizational Behavior, which is the shared quality course of Guangdong. His major interests lie in Human Resource Service Innovation, Enterprise Coaching Skills, Organizational Behavior and Staff Training, Humor Psychology and etc. He has hosted and participated in several projects at national, ministerial and provincial level, and hosted more than 20 governmental and enterprise projects. He has published over ten textbooks such asOrganizational Behavior(quality textbook of Guangdong Province), and other ten books includingPersonnel Service Study, andStress Management with Humor, published over 90 academic papers inHUMOR,Social Indicators Research,Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education,Psychological Science,Chinese Mental Health Journal,Human Resource Development of China, and other domestic and overseas academic journals, among them, ten papers have been retrieved by SSCI (first author).
