1993-99    美国熊猫汽车（中国）有限公司总裁助理，人力资源部经理，项目经理，兼高级翻译。 

1992-1994  广州外国语学院语言研究所工作

1982-89    山西省临汾师专教英语兼任英语主任 

先后兼任英语周报，佛山源田机械有限公司，南海三山港水运码头，哈尔滨红旗集团公司等10多家企业高级顾问，广州二轻工业学院，番禺职业技术学院等五所高级职业学院的商务英语专业顾问等。 

研究方向及科研成果

主要研究方向是人力资源管理、创新企业与中小型企业发展，及商务英语理论研究。先后在国际国内核心学术刊物发表有关论文20余篇，参与国家级科研项目三项，2007年应联合国邀请参加了在韩国首尔召开的电子商务与中小型企业的发展的国际会议并宣读论文；中小型企业顾问及培训。
