1994年在西北师范大学获心理学硕士学位。1994.7-2000.8年在湛江师范学院教育系工作。2003年6月在华南师范大学获心理学博士学位。2003年9月起在广东外语外贸大学工商管理学院工作,2005年12月任管理学教授,硕士生导师,被列为广东省“千百十工程”培养对象。2010年3-8月赴英国考文垂大学做高级访问学者,2014.8-2015.7赴美国乔治福克斯大学商学院高级访问学者。2005-2010担任广外管理学院首任人力资源系系主任

在《Asian Journal of Social Psychology 》(SSCI)、《心理科学》、《心理科学进展》、《心理发展与教育》、《社会心理研究》等专业重要期刊发表论文30多篇

ZAHNG Xinggui, from Ningxian, Gansu Province, obtained master degree in phycology in Northwest China normal university in 1994. From July 1994 to August 2000, ZHANG worked at the Department of Education in Zhanjiang normal college and obtained his doctoral degree in psychology in South China normal university. Dr. ZHANG started to work at the School of Business of GDUFS in September 2013 and was appointed as Professor and Master Supervisor in December 2005. ZHANG is also the candidate of Guangdong Province for "thousand, hundred and ten excellent" project. He was sent to Coventry University and George Fox University as a senior visiting scholar from March to August in 2010 and August 2014 to July 2015 respectively. From 2005 to 2010, he served as the first Director of the Department of Human Resource, also the Chief Supervisor of Guangdong Talent Development and Management Association, Vice President of Guangdong Academy of Human Resources, Vice President of Guangdong Psychological Association, Leader of Guangzhou Vocational Skills Identification in Human Resource Management Expert Group, Expert of Guangzhou Government Risk Assessment, Adviser and Vice Supervisor of Guangzhou Association of Human Resource Management, Standing Director of Guangdong Happy Family Promotion Association, Director of Guangdong Labor Institute, Director of Guangdong Institute of Labor Relations, Director of Guangzhou Urban Community Construction Association and Member of IACMR. Dr. ZHANG ‘s research orientations are Personnel Assessment, Happiness and Management decision, Human Resource Management and Chinese Management and Organizational behavior. He has hosted projects supported by National Social Science Foundation,Social Science Foundation of Ministry of Education, Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, Guangdong Philosophy Social Science Foundation and Guangdong Education Science Foundation. Dr. ZHANG has published more than 30 papers on Asian Journal of Social Psychology, Psychological Science, and Advances in Psychological Science, Psychological Development and Education, Journal of Social Psychology. He has published teaching materials and books like Personality and Happiness, Happiness Psychology, Human Resource Management and Adolescent Mental Health Instruction. He is also the second prize winner for Guangdong Philosophy Social Science for Excellent Achievement, awarded by Guangdong Department of Human Resources and Social Security the first and second prize winner for Excellent Academic Achievements in Labor Security and Excellent Post Graduate Teaching Award and Excellent Post Graduate Supervisor Award awarded by GDUFS.
